As Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred impacts Queensland, Decon Corporation is actively ensuring critical connectivity. We've deployed 36 Smart Power Cells across the east coast region, with 15 SPCs in the direct impact zone, currently providing vital off-grid power to these sites and uninterrupted communication for local residents and emergency services personnel.
In addition to these deployments, Decon is proactively monitoring a further 112 assets in QLD (including generators and hybrid power solutions) for our clients across the affected region, ensuring continuous power and network resilience.
Recent reports from Commsday highlight the industry's efforts to mitigate disruptions. However, extended power outages remain a threat. Decon's Smart Power Cell, designed for resilience, provides robust backup power, vital in remote and cyclone-prone areas.
